ANTIPASTO

Got this recipe from Chris Marks... we used to have lots of fun making this!!

Ingredients

  • 4 heads cauliflower
  • 7 tins black olives
  • 1 large jar of green olives
  • 1 small jar of green olives
  • 4 375 ml jars of pickled onions
  • 2 large cans of ketchup
  • 3 - 1 litre jars of sweet mixed pickles
  • 4 tbsp of pickle juice from mixed pickles
  • 2 cups canola oil
  • 8 - 8 oz cans of mushroom stems and pieces
  • 8 green pepper
  • 4 red peppers
  • 8 - 7 oz cans of tuna
  • 8 - 4 oz cans of shrimp

Preparation

Step 1

Cook cauliflower, onions and oil for 10 minutes. Add mushroom, peppers, ketchup, pickles and pickle juice. Boil for 10 minutes. Add tuna and shrimp. Put into jars and refrigerate
