Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 - 4 oz dry mustard
- 1/4-1/2 tsp horseradish, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Sift dry mustard onto wax paper. Combine eggs, sugar and white vinegar in double boiler. Slowly add dry mustard, stirring constantly. Boil until thickened. Add horseradish to taste.
