Sweet Hot Mustard

Great for dipping Summer Sausage

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 - 4 oz dry mustard
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp horseradish, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Sift dry mustard onto wax paper. Combine eggs, sugar and white vinegar in double boiler. Slowly add dry mustard, stirring constantly. Boil until thickened. Add horseradish to taste.
