Ingredients

• 1 stick butter, softened
• 3/4 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 t vanilla
• 1 3/4 c flour, plain
• 1/2 t salt
• 1/2 t baking soda
• 1/2 c cocoa
• 1/4 c milk
• 18 large marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

In mixer bowl, mix butter, sugar, egg, vanilla and beat till creamy. Add flour, salt, baking soda, cocoa, milk and beat till blended. Drop by teaspoon full on greased cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Cut marshmallows in half. Place one on each cookie and bake 2 minutes more.
