Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg

Step 1

Mix in food processor til ball forms.
Roll out to 1/8 in thickness. Cut into diamond shapes with pizza cutter. Take chicken out of broth and debone while dumplings are cooking.
Drop dumplings in boiling water and cook ten minutes til done. Put deboned chicken meat back into pot. Heat through and save.
