Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 small can tomato paste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 T sugar
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Brown the beef and drain off fat. Add onions, garlic, salt and pepper and cook over low for 10-15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer over low heat for 2-3 hours. Add cheese before serving.
