Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Heat heavy cream in small saucepan over medium heat, until steaming. Do not boil. Remove from heaqt and add chips. Whisk until smooth.

Use as a chocolate frosting.
