Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup hot water or hot coffee
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all inredients.
Pour into greased and flour pan(s) or cupcake liners
Bake in 350 degree oven:
30-35 minutes for cakes
15-20 minutes for cupcakes
Yields 5 1/2 cups of batter.
