SWEDISH APPLE PIE

Non-traditional with no bottom crust

Ingredients

  • 6-8 apples, cored, peeled, and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Fill pie plat 2/3 full with apples.

Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over apples

Combine flour, sugar, egg and butter.

Pour mixture over apples.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
