Fruit Cocktail Bars

Ingredients

  • Icing:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 (14oz) tin fruit cocktail (undrained)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk(not eagle brand)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs and sugar on high speed until light and fluffy.
Add cocktail, canilla, and dry ingredients
Mix at med speed
Spread into greased cookie sheet
Bake


Icing:
Boil 2 minutes, stirring. Cool
