SPAGHETTI PIE

Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 8 ounce box spaghetti, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • sauce (bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all crust ingredients together and press into a 9 inch pie plate.

Top crust with cottage cheese.

Brown ground beef and add just enough sauce to make a thick sauce, not too runny, spread on top of cottage cheese.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes, sprinkling a handful of grated mozzarella cheese for the last 10 minutes of baking.
