Ingredients
- Crust
- 1 8 1/2 oz chocolate wafers
- 6 tbs melted margarine
- 1 tbs sugar
- Filling
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 packages room temperature cream cheese
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- Dash of salt

Step 1
Crush chocolate wafers in food processor. In bowl, combine wafers, melted margarine and sugar. Press around sides and bottom of lightly buttered 9” spring form pan. Bake crust in 350 oven for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Beat eggs with sugar until light and creamy.. Add cream cheese, chocolate chips, vanilla, almond, salt and sour cream. Beat until smooth and cream. Pour into crust.
Bake 350 for 1 hour.
Cool overnight
