Ingredients
- 8 chicken breasts
- 8 slices prosciutto ham
- 8 1/2-slices swiss or provolone cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Bread crumbs
- Hot butter
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/4 C white wine
- Flour

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325
Pound the chicken breasts very thin. Wrap each around 1 slice prosciutto and 1/2 slice cheese. Roll in flour, then dip in egg, and then in bread crumbs. Fry in hot butter (but don't burn!) about 10 to 15 minutes -- covered and turning once. Make sauce. In pan drippings broth and wine and reduce some. Add flour to thicken. Place chicken in baking \dish cover with sauce. Bake for 30 mins.
