Peanut Butter Mousse
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
Add this into a oreo-graham crust with diced snickers bars and top with whipped cream and caramel for a Snickers Pie
- 1/2 cup peanut butter morsels
- 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
In a microwave safe bowl, combine peanut chips and 1/4 cup cream. Microwave on high in 30 second intervals, stirring between each until mixture is melted and smooth. Stir in peanut butter, and let cool.
In a small bowl, beat remaining 1 cup cream at high speed with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar, 1 tbsp. at a time, beating until soft peaks form. Fold peanut mixture into cream. Cover and Chill.
