Ingredients
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 ½ cups Italian meat sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned.
Stir sauce and 3 T. Parmesan cheese into skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese over chicken. Let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
