lbs Ground Beef
Cup Dry White Wine
Chicken Bullion Melted in ½ cup water
Tablespoons Tomato Paste Melted in ¾ cup water
Cup Uncle Bens Rice
Chop onion and garlic. Add to heated pan with a few tablespoons of olive oil. Cook medium/high until browned. Add Chicken Bullion. Add meat and let brown (5-10 minutes). Add wine and tomato paste and bring to a simmer for approximately 30 minutes. Add a handful of pine nuts and rice and allow to boil for approximately 20 minutes (or until rice is softened) covered.
