- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 Onion
- 3 Teaspoons Garlic
- 1 Cup Dry White Wine
- 1 Chicken Bullion Melted in 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste Melted in 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 Cup Uncle Bens Rice
- Pine Nuts
- Olive Oil
Chop onion and garlic. Add to heated pan with a few tablespoons of olive oil. Cook medium/high until browned. Add Chicken Bullion.
Add meat and let brown (5-10 minutes).
Add wine and tomato paste and bring to a simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
Add a handful of pine nuts and rice and allow to boil for approximately 20 minutes (or until rice is softened) covered.
