  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Teaspoons Garlic
  • 1 Cup Dry White Wine
  • 1 Chicken Bullion Melted in 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste Melted in 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 Cup Uncle Bens Rice
  • Pine Nuts
  • Olive Oil



Step 1

Chop onion and garlic. Add to heated pan with a few tablespoons of olive oil. Cook medium/high until browned. Add Chicken Bullion.

Add meat and let brown (5-10 minutes).

Add wine and tomato paste and bring to a simmer for approximately 30 minutes.

Add a handful of pine nuts and rice and allow to boil for approximately 20 minutes (or until rice is softened) covered.
