Chicken in Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless breast halves
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 T. oil

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chicken in oil. Place chicken in slow cooker and season with salt and pepper. Stir together soup and wine and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
