Scallops

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Scallops
  • 1/8 teas. pepper
  • 4 tbsp. margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1 1/4 cups bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse Scallops in water. Dry with paper towels. Coat with flour. Beat eggs, milk, pepper. Put scallops in egg then in bread crumbs. Fry in margarine for about 3 minutes
