ENTREE - Celery Salmon Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 lb canned salmon or 2 - 7 oz cans (include liquid)
  • 1 10 oz can of Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients well and pack into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350°F oven for 50 - 60 minutes.
