- Pork Roast
- season salt
- black pepper
- taco seasoning
- one lime
- one jar of chipotle salsa
- 2 cups of water
- one medium chopped onion

Preparation
Step 1
Pork Roast seasoned with season salt, black pepper, and taco seasoning. Squeeze one lime over the pork and add one jar of chipotle salsa, 2 cups of water and one medium chopped onion. I start it on high for an hour or so and turn to low and cook for 6 hours. About an hour before it is finished, use 2 forks and pull meat apart and remove bone. Move to a serving dish and add chopped cilantro on top. serve with corn tortillas and coleslaw.
It's a little spicy so if you have little ones, you might want to go light on the taco seasoning or use less salsa and add tomatoes instead
