NAPPA SALAD

Ingredients
- SALAD:
- 1 large head Nappa cabbage
- 2 bunches scallions
- TOPPING:
- 2 packages ramen noodles, broken in small pieces
- 3/4 stick butter
- 3 tablespoons sesasme seeds
- 1 large bag slivered almonds
- DRESSING:
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Chop cabbage and scallions, pat dry, and put aside.
Saute broken ramen noodles and butter until slightly brown; cool. Mix in sesame seeds and almonds.
Mix all ingredients for dressing.
Just before serving, toss cabbage with topping. Add dressing and mix.
