Jello Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 2 1/2 c Graham Cracker Crumbs of 2 pkgs (about 30) Graham Crackers
  • 1 stick Margarine Melted
  • 2 tlbs Powered Sugar
  • Filling:
  • 1 pkg Cream Cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pkg Lemon Jello mixed with 1 cup of boiling water
  • (slightly jelled jello - about 20 minutes)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 can Milnot - beatened stiff

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and chill in the refrigerator until slightly thickened about 20 minutes.

Mix ingredients for crust and pat into a 9 X 13 dish.

Cream the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.

Beat in slightly jelled Jello into cream cheese mixture.

In a large chilled bowl whip Milnot until it forms peaks. Fold the whipped Milnot into cream cheese mixture.

Spread on top of crust and refrigerator for 8 hours.

Sprinkle Graham Crackers crumbs on top and serve.
