Ingredients
- Bag of starter
- 3 c oil
- 9 eggs
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 3 c sugar
- 6 sm instant vanilla pudding
- 6 c flour
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 4 1/2 tsp baking powder
- nuts(optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Use large ziplock bag and store on counter top. do not refrigerate(it will smell like booze)
Day 1 Do nothing
Day 2,3,4,5 Mush(knead) bag 2 times a day
Day 6 Add and Mush together thoroughly
1 c flour -1c sugar-1c milk
Day 7,8,9 Mush bag 2 times a day get rid of as much
air in the bag as possible
Day 10 Empty contents of bag into large bowl then add
1c flour-1c sugar -1c milk
Stir together and measure out 1c starter and put in bag and date it. freeze for 4-6 weeks
Then add list of ingredients and mix well.
Grease 6 loaf pans, cover bottom of pan with cinnamon sugar, add bread mixture then cover it with more cinnamon sugar
Bake for 1 hour at 325*
