Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups of carrotts grated fine
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 4oz. can crushed pineapple (hatd to find buy an 8 oz.)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together until well moistened (use blender or mixer)
Pour in greased and fliured round tube pan Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes
Icing:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick margarine Melted
2 tsp. vanilla
Makes way too much. Will have extra maybe can cut down in 1/2
