Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped roasted red bell pepper
- 3/4 cup teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets (about 6 cups)
- 1/4 cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl stir together butter and bell pepper. Stir in paprika, salt and pepper until well blended. Cook cauliflower in large pot of boiling salted water 1-3 minutes or until almost crisp-tender. Rinse under cold running water, drain well. In large bowl, toss cauliflower with red pepper butter. Add bread crumbs, toss to coat. Heat oven to 425. Place cauliflower on small rimmed baking sheet, bake 15 minutes or until hot and tender. Stir before serving.
