Ingredients
- Bottom layer:
- 3 cups chopped Rhubarb
- 1 1/2 cups white or 1 3/4 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Top layer:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter

Preparation
Step 1
Chop rhubarb into 1/2 inch pieces. Mix together the remaining bottom ingredients, add rhubarb. Spread in a greased 13" pan.
Mix the top layer ingredients and sprinkle on top of the batter.
Bake at 350⁰F for 40 to 50 minutes.
