Pierogie Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen Pierogies
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced green peppers
  • 14.5 oz can diced Italian tomatos
  • sliced pepperoni
  • shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Layer pierogies in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. cover with pepperoni, tomatos and sauce. Bake at 350* for 30-40 minutes. Add cheese with about 10 minutes left. Cook until hot and bubbling
