Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
  • 1 cup Kraft Creamy Herb & Garlic Shredded Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia
  • 6 cups cauliflower florets (1-1/2 inch)
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Fruit & Veg Garlic Parmesan with Roasted Cauliflower Dressing

Preparation

Step 1

• Heat oven to 400ºF.
• Empty coating mix into shaker bag; add cheese. Moisten cauliflower with water; shake off excess moisture. Add cauliflower pieces, in batches, to bag; close bag and shake until cauliflower is evenly coated.
• Spread cauliflower onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with any remaining coating mixture in bag.
• Bake 20 to 23 min. or until golden brown. Serve with dressing.
