Ingredients

  • 2 (19oz) cans chili with beans
  • Squirt mustard
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • pepper
  • 1 (16oz) pkg hot dogs
  • 10 (8") flour tortillas
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 425F. Mix chili, mustard, ketchup, onion, garlic and pepper while cooking hot dogs in the microwave.

2. Spread half of chili in the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish. Roll up franks and sprinkle some cheese inside tortillas and place in baking dish, seam side down, on top of chili and bean 'bed'. Top with remaining can of chili and beans, and sprinkle with cheese.

3. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil, and bake at 425F for 30 mins.
