Ingredients
- Filling:
- 3/4 c butter, softened
- 1/2 c confectioners' sugar
- 1-1/2 c flour
- 1 pkg vanilla baking chips, 10 oz melted
- 1/4 c whipping cream
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- Topping:
- 1 lg can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 pt strawberries, sliced
- 1 can, 11 oz, mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
- Glaze:
- 3 T sugar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour; mix well, Press into an ungreased 11 in tart pan or 12 in pizza pan with sides. Bake at 300°for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Beat chips, melted and cream. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth. Spread over crust. Chill for 30 minutes. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 c juice. Arrange fruit on filling. Boil glaze ingredients over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cool; brush over fruit. Chill 1 hour before serving.
