Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/4 cups Graham Cracker crumbs
- 4 Tablespoons Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons melted butter
- Filling:
- 4 8 oz. packages of Cream Cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/3 cup of mini chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Crust:
Mix ingredients together and press into a 10" Springform pan. Set aside.
Filling:
Blend cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla and chocolate chips
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn the oven off, and let cake cool in oven with the door closed for 1 hour; this prevents cracking. Chill in refrigerator until serving.
Garnish with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips
