Super Cheese Dip
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 roll Jimmy Dean sausage, hot
- 16 oz. Velveeta
- 8 oz. Mexican Velveeta
- 1 onion
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
Brown sausage and ground beef and half of chopped onion. Drain
Cut cheese into cubes, place in a bowl, and add milke. Microwave until it starts to melt.
Pour cheese into Crock Pot, adding meat, remaining onion, soup, and Rotel. Stir and cook on high about 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Turn to low and stir frequently. Serve when warm.
