Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups catsup
  • 1 1/4 cups chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp seasoning salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
  • 3 tbsp HP sauce
  • 1/4 cup Heinz 58 sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 small bay leaf
  • 1 1/2 tbsp minced white onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients, cover and let sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours before use.
