Ingredients

4 8oz. packages cream cheese softened
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Butter
2 tbsp. Flour
2 tbsp. Corn Starch
4 Eggs
16 oz. Sour Cream
2 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Cream Cheese and Sugar
Add sifted Flour / Cornstarch
Mix in Butter then Eggs
Add Sour Cream and Vanilla
Bake at 325* for 1 hour then turn off oven and let cake sit for 30 - 45 minutes before refridgerating
Put in oven h20 bath to help prevent cracking
