A fabulous pasta salad with lots of flavor and ingredients.

Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 box of mini farfelle macroni or any other mini type pasta
- 1/4 box of spagetti cut into thirds
- 1 pint of grape tomatoes
- 1 zucchini cut into slices than into fourths
- 1/4 pkg of shredded carrots
- 2 celery stalks slicd than into half
- small head of broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 1 can of drained black olives or sliced olives
- 1 small jar of green olives drained
- 1 red pepper sliced thin and then in half
- 1 yellow pepper sliced thin and then in half
- 1 green pepper sliced thin and then in half
- 2 scallion sliced along with green top sliced
- 1/4 lbs each of following: cubed
- mozzerella, cheddar, american
- 12 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4-1 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp Italian seasoning
- dash red pepper flakes
- 3 tsp herb de provence
- 3 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp tarragon
- 3 tbsp basil
- 3 tbsp oregano
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta and spagetti in salted water till al dente;
drain and cold wash-set aside
2. In a large serving bowl, add pasta & spagetti
3. Add all vegetables and cheeses to bowl.
4. Combine all dressing ingredients, shake well and pour over bowl ingredients.
5. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours to incorporate all the flavors
