Ingredients
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 2 cups Ghiradelli 60% cocoa chocolate chips
- chopped almonds or pecans
- 1/3 cup Ghiradelli unsweetened cocoa
Preparation
Step 1
Bring the cream to a simmer in a small saucepan. Add the butter, and stir until melted.
Add the chocolate chips. Stir until completely smooth.
Remove from the heat, and pour the chocolate mixture into a shallow bowl.
Cover and refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and roll the balls in the cocoa powder or nuts.
