Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- flour as needed
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs and water really good.
Add flour and mix until you have stiff dough.
Roll out on floured surface, real thin. (paper thin)
Adding more flour if needed.
Let dry about 1 hour, then roll up tightly and cut, however wide you want them.
Unwrap and spread out to dry, until completely dry.
