Orange Cheese Cookies

• 1 c unsalted margarine
• 3 oz cream cheese
• 1 c. sugar
• 1/4 c. egg substitute
• 1 tbsp orange peel, grated
• 1 tbsp orange juice
• 1-1/2 c. flour
• 1 tsp sodium free baking Powder

Preparation

Step 1

Combine margarine and cream cheese.
Beat until light.
Gradually add sugar, beating until mixture is fluffy.
Beat in egg, orange peel and juice to blend thoroughly.
Stir together flour and baking powder.
Add to mixture, blending well.
Put 1/4 of dough into cookie press at a time.
Press out cookies 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375 - 8 to 10 min, until lightly browned.
Cool on racks.
