Passover Apple Cake 2

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups matzo meal
  • 1/2 cup potato starch
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 8 large apples, peeled cored and sliced



Step 1

Grease 9x 13 dish.

Combine eggs, oil and sugar with mixer. Stir in matzo meal, potato starch and 1 tsp cinnamon.

Toss apples with brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg.

Layer half of the dough into the dish. Pour apples the pat remaining dough over apples. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
