Cheddar Chicken and Potatoes
- 4 slices BACON
- 4 small CHICKEN BREASTS (HALVES)
- 4 cups FROZEN DICED POTATOS WITH PEPPERS AND ONIONS
- 4 ounce SHREDDRED SHARP CHEDDER
Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet on medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove bacon from skillet to paper towel; discard drippings in skillet. Add chicken to skillet; cook 5 minutes on each side until done. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm. Crumble bacon. Add to skillet with potatoes; cook and stir 5 minutes. Place chicken over potatoes; top with cheese and cook for 2 minutes.
