Ingredients
- 2 tbsp seasoning salt
- 1 1/4 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 4 lbs pork or beef ribs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first five ingredients. Remove the skin on back of ribs (dip your fingers in salt to get a grip) and rub in the mixture. Let stand for three hours. Baste with butter before barbecuing or broiling.
