    cups bread flour

mix flour and eggs with batter blade in kitchenaid blender until crumbly pie crust dough consistency. Squeeze dough and if it is damp enough to stay together like a dough it's good. If not add water 1 tsp at a time and let it mix for 30-60 seconds before checking and adding more. Once consistency is right cut dough into tennis ball pieces and run through dough roller at setting 1 5-6 times folding it in half each time and placing he folded seam in the roller first each time. then run through at setting 3 2 times and stetting 6 2-3 times for linguine
