Asian Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic,peeled and crushed
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp. diced scallions
  • a pinch of black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients and form into 4 large patties.
2. Broil or grill for 5 minutes on one side, and ten minutes on other side.
