  • Sauce:
  • 1 lb chicken cutlets pounded thin
  • 6 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 3 tbs parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 2 to 3 tbs olive oil
  • 3 tbs butter, softened
  • 1 to 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tbs chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Bread and fry chicken.
Remove from skillet.
Add Sauce ingredients and heat till warm.
Pour over chicken.
