Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 lb chicken cutlets pounded thin
- 6 large eggs lightly beaten
- 3 tbs parmesan cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 2 to 3 tbs olive oil
- 3 tbs butter, softened
- 1 to 2 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Bread and fry chicken.
Remove from skillet.
Add Sauce ingredients and heat till warm.
Pour over chicken.
