Lemon Cake

Ingredients

• Mix separately:
• 1 Lemon Cake Mix
• 3 cups ricotta cheese
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 teasp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Pour cake mix into 9 x 13" well greased and floured pan. Pour mixture around the edges and if any left over, along the middle

Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
