Puffed Chili Relleno Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 C milk
- 2 T flour
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/4 t salt
- 4 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 C shredded monterey jack cheese
- 3 (7 oz) cans of whole green chilis (split open)

Preparation
Step 1
Lightly grease 9x13 glass baking dish. Beat first 5 ingredients
in bowl. Arrange chilies from can in dish covering bottom completely.
Sprinkle 1/3 cheese. Repeat layering mixture twice. Pour egg mixture
over cheese. Let stand 30 min.
Preheat oven to 350 Bake until casserole is slightly puffed in center and golden brown on edges about 45 min. Cool 20 min and serve
