Ingredients
- 15-oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and well dried
- 1 tbsp. EVOO
- 1 tbsp. barbecue rub
Preparation
Step 1
1.On baking sheet, toss chickpeas with EVOO and barbecue rub and roast at 400° until crunchy, stirring halfway through cooking, about 35 minutes.
