Ingredients
- ◦4-5 pickling cucumbers per quart jar
- ◦1 clove garlic, minced per quart jar
- ◦1 sprig dill per quart jar
- ◦12 whole peppercorns per quart jar
- ◦Optional: 1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash, 2-3 packets Splenda (if you like them a bit sweet)
Preparation
Step 1
Slice cucumbers into halves or spears and pack in clean jar(s) with garlic, dill, peppercorns and optional spices/Splenda. Fill jar to cover cukes with a solution of ½ water and ½ white vinegar (or cider vinegar, if you prefer). Let chill in your fridge for at least a day before devouring like mad.
