Bubble Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. bread balls (24 must be frozen)
  • 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teasp. cinnamon
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup pecans, broken

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and flour 10" tube pan.

Place balls in bottom of pan

Mix together pudding and brown sugar

Sprinkle over balls

Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon

Sprinkle over balls

Sprinkle pecans over balls

Pour milted butter over balls

Place pan over countertop overnight DO NOT COVER

Next morning, heat oven to 350 degrees and bake 25-30 mins. until done

Invert onto large plate immediately
