Ginger Beef

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz lean top round steak
- 10 pieces sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cloves garlic (more if desired)
- 1 tbsp ginger root, minced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp white wine
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cups hot cooked rice

Step 1
Slice the beef diagonally across the grain into thin strips. Combine tomatoes and water - let stand 5 minutes, then drain. Thinly slice and set aside. Over medium-high heat add meat and stir-fry 2 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside. Add oil to wok/pan and add broccoli, stir-fry 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, green onions, ginger and garlic; stir fry for another minute. Combine cornstarch, wine and soy sauce; stir well. Add cornstarch mixture and beef to wok; stir fry 1 minute until sauce is thickened and bubbly. Serve over rice.
