Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Vietnamese chili-garlic sauce
- 1 red Thai chili, minced (or pinch red pepper flakes)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 ketchup manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce)
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil.
Preparation
Step 1
Stir all ingredients together.
Store in a tightly sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
